About Us!

This group started as a yahoo mailing list in 2004. It was a small group of submissive females that had an interest in eating healthier and getting fit.

And it grew.

Within a few weeks we went from 5 members to 15

and then to 30.

Yahoo didn't allow us enough options so www.bdsm-gear.com sponsored us and we moved to our new home.

Today we continue to grow. We continue to support each other and we continue to build friendships.
