Are you bored with your exercise program? It’s time to get back to
your childhood roots and mix up your stale fitness routine with some
play. Remember how much you used to love recess? It was, and still is,
most kids’ favorite elementary school class! Get excited about
exercise again by getting out there and having some quality play time.
Buy yourself a soccer ball and kick it around in the park. Gather some
buddies together for ultimate Frisbee. Dust off your bike and take it
out for a spin. Get your hands on a jump rope and skip, skip, skip the
afternoon away. Don’t just watch the kids play at the park, get up and
try out those monkey bars yourself! As soon as you stop treating
exercise like a chore and look at it as a chance to play and have some
fun, you’ll rid yourself of the “exercise blues” and get more
enjoyment out of your workout. And the more you work out, the faster
you’ll get in shape and lose weight. So quick – grab your mitt and a
baseball and go play some catch.
