Friends
A friend is someone we turn to
when our spirits need a lift.
A friend is someone we treasure
for our friendship is a gift.
A friend is someone who fills our lives
with beauty, joy, and grace.
And makes the whole world we live in
a better and happier place.
The members have become friends. This is not a
large group but its a group that cares. And we all learn from each other.
Here are a few things we have learned.
1) The one thing i have learned since joining this
group is that its ok to fail. You just have to move past the error and get
back on track. Don't let one bad incident stop you from trying to achieve
your goal.
2) I have learned to celebrate myself for I am worthy,
I am beautiful
3) I have learned to be the kind of friend I
would like to have. Set an
example to others, and they will return the favor in kind.
4) I have learned that it doesn't matter if your
120 pounds and at your goal or 500 pounds and just beginning this long
journey of fitness, that we are all beautiful.
5) I have learned that I can stay for the long
term, even when I have ups and downs doesn't mean that I give up!
Just a new challenge to get past!
6) i have learned that no matter how many times you fail, you hang
in there and keep on trying. The solution is out there somewhere.
7) i have learned how to give and receive support....
